Qualification

We partner with B2C and DTC operators, typically $500K–$10M in revenue, founder still operating, growth-stage, and willing to trade equity for operational leverage. We are not the right partner for everyone. Fit is the first filter.

Diagnostic

Deep audit of sales, marketing, ops, and infrastructure. We don't write the deal until we understand the operating shape of the business and what scaling it actually requires.

Deal structure

Equity stake negotiated based on scope of involvement. Typically 10% to 40% depending on stage, capital structure, and what we're being asked to install. No retainers, no fees. Ownership only.

Integration

We embed our systems. Sales and setter infrastructure, paid media engines, CRM workflows, AI agents, fulfillment SOPs. This is not a deck. We sit inside the business and operate.

Scale

Ongoing operating partnership focused on revenue growth, margin expansion, and team development. The flywheel is built once and refined continuously across the portfolio.
